If you buy a tradeline from us and a home through a select real estate agent,  your tradeline purchase will be refunded at closing.

    Refund amounts:

    • If you buy a house through them that costs under $299,999.99, they will pay nothing toward the tradelines.
    • If you buy a house through them that costs between $300,000.00 and 449,999.99, they will pay $500.00 toward your tradelines.
    • If you buy a house through them that costs between $450,000.00 and $599,999.99, they will pay $1,000.00 toward your tradelines.
    • If you buy a house through them that costs more than $600,000.00, they will pay $1,500.00 toward your tradelines.
